Ray Dickey To Board Of Directors Of The CRMWA - 07/22/19540722w� 3: RESOLUTION OF THE TY C01OMS1034 Off' THE C ITY ` OF '� , EXAS THE STATE BT"S CITY OF C OUNTY OF LMMOCK 0 iii T SIS, the 22 day of �'rutly , 19 54 the City Co ss on of the C ity o ,I`exa, met in regular session, with all members presen , when among other business transacted; the to low ng action was taken: The Mayor introduced the.following resolution: WHE EASt a City Commission of this City heretofore elected Mr. =RWY t��eY as'a member o the Board of Directors of the CANADIAN V R C AL WATER AUTHORITY for the term ending July 31, 19 5 , pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 243 of the laws passed by the Regular Session of the Texas Legislature in 1953, said term having now expired; and WHEREAS in the performance of its duty to do so under said law, this City bot.asion desires to .officially elect a per- son qualified to fill the vacancy occasioned as aforesaid; therefore BE IT O0q�OLVED BY THE CITY COMSS�ON of the CITY OF LUBBOCK TEXAS: 1. That Mr. _ to Ray Dicker a qualified voter and a property owning taxpayer of the City or"—id6ock , .who is not a member of the governing; body or an employee of said -City, be and he is hereby elected to the Board of Directors of the CANADIAN RIVER MUNICIPA WATER AUTHORITY for the two year term beginning August 1, 19 and ending July 31, 19 X56. 2. The director elected ams aforesaid shall be certified to the Board of Directors of the CANADIAN RIVER MUNICIPAL WATER AUTHORITY by the Mayor of this City and shall otherwise quality in the manner prescribed by the above mentioned law relating to said Authority.
