Railway Company has submitted its executed License Agreement Form No. 2171 for approval and executign by the City of Lubbock, relating to a power line across the right-of-way and main tracks of said railway company at: Mile Post 675 f 1359.3 feet, which location is in said City of Lubbock, Texas, and, WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it would be in the public interest that such License Agreement be approved and that the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be authorized and directed to exe- cute the same for and in behalf of the City of Lubbock; NOW, THERE- FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF 'LUBBOCK: THAT such License Agreement No, 2171, duly executed by the of- ficials of the Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway Company," a copy of which is hereto attached, BE, and the same is hereby. approved, t and the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE, and 'he °is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same 'for and in behalf of the City of Lubbock, and such agree- ment, when executed by the Mayor, ,and attested by the City Secretary, shall be recorded in the Minutes of the City Commission.
