WHEREAS, the Fort Worth and. Denver Railway Company has

submitted its License Agreement Form No. 310 for approval and exe-
cution by the City of Lubbock, relating to the crossing of the compress
track and right-of-way of said railway company, North of 50th Street
with a 36 inch sewage pipe line by the City of Lubbock, the location of
said pipe line being shown- in red on the railway company's print No.
SP 22-473 attached hereto and constituting a part of said proposed

License Agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it would
be in the public interest that such form of License Agreement be ap-
proved, and that the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be authorized and
directed to execute the same for and in behalf of the City of Lubbock;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. That such form of License Agreement No. 310, a
copy of which (together with exhibits) is hereto attached BE, and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor of the 'City of Lubbock
BE, and he .is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same

for and in behalf of the City of Lubbock.
SECTION -2. That upon execution of such License Agreement by
the Mayor of the City of Lubbock and by the duly ,authorized officials
of the Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company, the same shall be
recorded in the Minutes of the City Commission of the City of Lub-
bock.
