RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEAMITS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, IND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS9 the City of Lubbock passed resolution on November 24, 1954 and
April 14, 1955, authorizing the construction of street improvements by Kerr
and Middleton, on portions of various streets in said City including among
others the following:
44th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet West of the West Proper
Line of Knoxville Avenue to its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the
West Property Line of Memphis Avenue! known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 90-A.,
44th Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Frop
Line of Memphis Avenue to its intersection with the West Gutter Line of
Nashville Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 90 B.
Nashville Avenue from its intersection with a line 16 feet South of the South
Property Line of 44th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of
the North Property Line of 47th Street, known and designated as New Subdi-
vision Unit Number 111.
Nashville Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South
Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of
the North Property Line of 48th,Street, known and designated as New Subdi-
vision Unit Number 112.,
Nashville Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South
Property Line of 48th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of
the North Property Line of 49th Street, known and designated as New Subdi-
vision Unit Number 113.
Knoxville Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 43rd
Street to its intersection with the North Property Line of 44th Street, known
and designated as Unit Number 1735.
AND WHEREASq the improvements upon the said portions of the above-
mentioned streets have been inspected and found to have been constructed
according to the approved plans and specifications.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
I,
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be'and is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the Cityte share.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and beim force after its passages

Middleton, paving oontractors, as authorised by resolutions passed
and approved November 24, 1954 and April 14, 1955, and find the
improvments.on streets known and designated as Unit No. 1735 and
New Subdivision Units 90-A, 90-B, 111, 112 and 113 as listed on the
attaohed final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance.
with plane and specifioatione and reaowmehd that you accept improve-
ments on said streets, paying the contractor the amount shown on the
attached consolidated estimate sheet on the due date shown on the
abovementioned resolutions as due him by the City of Lubbock.
