WHEREAS., the City of Lubbock passed resolution on March 24, 1955, authorizing the construction of street improvements by Kerr and Middleton on portions of various streets in said City including among others the following: Peoria Avenue from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South' Property Line of let alley North of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of lst alley South of 48th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 176. AND WHEREAS, the improvements upon the said portions of the abovementioned streets have been inspected and found to have been constructed according to the approved plans and specifications. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be, and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's share on the due date as shown on the attached consolidated sheet.
