RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEZiENTS ON PORTIONS OF ALLEYS, STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW AND ORDERING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF ASSESSMENTS LEVIED. WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock heretofore passed various street improvement ordinances and resolutions and entered into contract with West Texas Construction, Inc. (G.W.O. 2068) for the making and construction of street and/or alley improvements on portions of numerous alleys, streetsAnd/or avenues in said City including among others the following: Kemper Street €rens its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue L to its it4tersection with the Northwest Gutter Line of Atenue Q North Drive, known and designated as Sub -Unit Number 1 of Unit Number 1880. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: I.
