HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 091158B - Street Improvements - West Texas Construction Inc - South 1/2 Of 50Th Street - 09/11/1958,- CAIISSS RESOLUTIO14 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVI E11TS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock passed a resolution on June 26, 1958 authorizing the construction of street improvements by vVest Texas Construction Inc., on a portion of the following streets: The South (j) one-half of 50th Street from its intersection with the vilest Lip Line of Avenue U to its intersection with a line 630 feet West of the West Property line of Avenue U, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 414. AND 11HER1AS, the improvements upon the said portion of the above- mentioned street have been inspected and found to have been constructed according to the approved plans and specifications. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: I. That the improvements on said portion of the abovementioned street b and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment to the West Texas Construction Company in the amount of $1,425.87 when funds are available and when the South () one-half of 50th Street from Avenue V to College Avenue is paved.
