RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED
BELOW:
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock passed a resolution on September 25, 1958
authorizing the construction of street improvements by J. R. Fanning Construc-
tion on a portion of the following street:
Avenue W from its intersection with a line 16 feet South of the South Property
Line of 58th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South
Property Line of alley South of 59th Street, known and designated as Unit
Number 1951.
AND WHEREAS, the improvements upon the said portion of the above-
mentioned street have been inspected and found to have been constructed accord-
ing to the approved plans and specifications.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
I.
That the improvements on said portion of the abovementioned street be,
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the Cityts share and release escrow money.
II.
This resolutionishall take effect and be in force after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 13TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1959.
