RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the current tenants on cityproperty located at 4901 Avenue JD,
in Lubbock, Lubbock County,. Texas,, have failed and refused to pay the rents
due under the agreement by whish they obtained possession of such property; and,
WHEREAS, said tenants have been given written notice by the City Manager,
as heretofore authorized by Resolution, to surrender possession of such premise
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
commence any and all legal proceedings, including but not limited to an action of
forcible entry or forcible detainer, deemed necessary or expedient to place the
City in possession and to compel payment' of all rents due on the property of the
City held by Mr. and Mrs. Donald McNeeley at 4901 Avenue D, in Lubbock
County, Texas, more particularly described as follows:
4901 Avenue D, Lubbock Texas, being part of Block
6, Suburban Homes Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas, being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 200 feet North of the South-
west corner of said Block 6;
THENCE North 80 feet;
THENCE East 182.5 feet;
THENCE South 80 feet;
THENCE West 182.5 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
