RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DMOVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENMSl
AS LISTED BELOW:
11 WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock passed a resolution on February 12, 1959
authorizing the construction of street improvements by Kerr Paving Inc. on
portions of the following streets:
29th Street from it's intersection with the East Lip Line of Quaker Avenue to its
intersection with the West Gutter Line of Peoria -Avenue known and designated as
Unit Number 1948
Peoria Avenue from its intersection with the North Property Line of 30th Street
to its intersection with the North Curb Line of 28th Street, known and desig-
nated as Unit Number 1949
AND WHEREAS, the improvements upon the said portions of the above-
mentioned streets have been inspected and found to have been constructed
according to the approved plans and specifications.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's share.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force after its passage.
