Fanning - Wilshire Park Addition - 11/23/19601(1,05wF RESOLUTICU RESOLUTION ACCETTING IMOVElMiTS CrEl PORTIOItiS OF STREET APv D OR AVMTUES AS LISTED BELa1, : WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Wilshire Park Addition., made arrangements with J. R. Fanning for the construction of paving improve— ments on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the pro— visions of.said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Wilshire Park Addition including the following streets: East Baylor Street fraza its intersection with a line 12 feet east of the west property line of Cherry Avenue to its intersection with a line 11 feet west of the east property line of Zenith Avenue, known and designated as Subdivision Unit Number 741. Last one half of Zenith Avenue from its intersection with a line 95.32 feet south of the south property line of the alley north of East Bates Street to its intersection with a line 29.7 feet north of the north property line of Baylor Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Plumber 742. West one half of Cherry Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet north of the north property line of East Bates Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet north of the north property line of East Baylor Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Taumber 743• Aspen Avenue from its intersection with a line 3 feet north of the north property of the alley north of East Baylor Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet north of the north property line of East Baylor Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit humber 541. East one half of Zenith Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet north of the north property line of East Baylor Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet north of the north property line of the alley north of East Baylor Street known and designated as Subdivision Unit Number 542. West one half of Cherry Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet north of the north property line of East Baylor Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet north of the north property line of the alley north of East Baylor Street known-- and designated as hew Subdivision Unit Number 843. East Colgate Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet east of the east property line of. Zenith Avenue to its intersection with a line 12 feet east of the west property line of Cherry Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 850. East one half of Zenith Avenue from its intersection with a line 3 feet North of the North Property Line of the alley South of East Colgate Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of East Colgate Street known and desginated as New Sub— division Unit Number 851. AND '41EREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovementioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release escrow money. R..Fanning, paving contractor, under.hisscontract with the subdividers of Wilshire Park Addition and find the improvements on East Baylor, East.Colgate Streets and Cherry, Aspen and Zenith Avenues as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and recoimnend that you accept the improvements on said streets and/or avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor the amount shoim on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as due him by the City of Lubbock.
