RESOLUTION ACCEPTING I11IPROVEI+ 4TS Cid PORTIMS OF STREETS AND
AMMES AS LISTED BELtJ6;T:
w-IEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Bacon Heights made arrangments with
Kerr Paving Company for the construction of paving improvemnets on certain
streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance
prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Bacon Heights including
the following streets:
Wayne Avenue from its intersection with a line 3 feet north of the north
property line of the alley south of 51st street to its intersection with a
line 60 feet north of the south property line of 50th street. Known and d
nated as unit number 202$.
52nd street from its intersection with a line 15 feet west of the west proper
line of Wayne Avenue to its intersection with a lire 40 feet west of the east
property line of property lire of Slide Road,. known and designated as 1,111ew
Sub division Unit i u -Aber 897.
52nd Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet east of the east proper
line of Wayne Avenue to its intersection with a line 11 feet east of the west
property line of Utica Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision. Unit
Number 895.
Ej of Slide Road (Concrete only) from its intersection with a line 3 feet
north of the north property line of the alley north of 52nd street to its inte
section with a line 3 feet south of the south property of the alley south of
52nd street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 899.
Wayne Avenue from its intersection. -with a lire 3 feet north of the north prop-
erty line of the alley north of 52nd street to its irtersectior. with a lime
3 feet south €=k of the south property line of the alley south of
52nd street, kr_o:>rn and designated as Subdivision Unit Plumber 900.
AND VITMEAS, the construction of the above improvements on the
above mentioned streets was perfori-acd u:-lder tLe supervision; of tie CitZ D- int--
eer# and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and
found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordirijnce 1331.

that the improvements on said portions of the above mentioned streets
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Bagineer be ar�d he is here-
by authorized to diretrt the papzntt of the City's portion of the cost and to
release escrow money,
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.

Gentlemen:
1 -have examined the paving improvements constructed by Kerr
Paving Company, paving contractor, under their contract with the,
subdividers of Bacon Heights Addition and find the improvements on
52nd Street, Slide Road and Wayne and Utica Avenues as listed on the
final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications and recommend that you accept the improvements
on said streets and/or avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor
the amount shown on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet
as due him by the City of Lubbock.
