RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEPROVE1,MTS al PORTIONS OF STREETS AND AVIMrS
AS LISTED BELQi:
UTIE!;REAS, in conformance with the paving requirement: provisions of
City Ordinance 2,331, the subdivider of Greenlawn Addition, made arrangements
with West Texas Construction, Inc. for the construction of paving improvements
on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said
Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Greenlawn Addition
including the following streets:
The 3 alleys between 19th Street and Dover Avenue on the West side of Chicago
Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 595—A.
20th Street- ;from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Dover Avenue to its
intersection with the West Lip Line of Chicago Avenue, known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit Number 596.
21st Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Dover Avenue to its
intersection with the 'nest Lip Line of Chicago Avenue, known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit Number 597•
Dover Avenue from its intersection with the West Lip Line of Chicago Avenue
to its intersection with the South Paving Line of 19th Street, known and

19th Street (curb & gutter only) from its intersection with a line 24.5 feet
West of the.West Property Line of Dover Avenue to its intersection with a line
16 feet West of the West Property Line of Chicago Avenue, known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Number 595...
AND '�I`f,'YMEAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above—
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been construction in accordance with City specifications and in accord—
ance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVM BY THE CITY CF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by
Nest Texas Construction Inc., paving contractor, under their
contract with the subdividers of Greenlawn Addition and find the
improvements on 19th Street, 20th Street, 21st Street, Chicago Avenue
and'Dover Avenue as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and
recommend that you accept the improvements on said streets and/or
avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor the amount shown on
the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as due them by the
City of Lubbock.
