BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbockp Texasw, is hereby authorized and directed Ito execute for and on behalf of said City a "LICENSE FOR USE OF PUBLIC WAY" to Lubbock National Bank for the purpose of placing and main- taining certain planter boxes on the sidewalk portion of Texas Avenue and'M$in Street in Lubbockp Lubbock County,, Texas as shown on a plat which is marked "Exhibit JA" and is made a part of said license.
