RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of said City of Lubbock a de-
dication deed to the public for street purposes forever, covering the following de-
scribed tract of land owned by said City;
A parcel of latfd out of Section 21, Block Eo,, Lubbock Countyv,
Texas more fully described as follows
BEGINNING at a point 639.90 feet West and 45. 00 feet South
of the Northeast corner of said Section 2j; Block E;
THENCE idlest 80.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 38038r27rt East,, a distance of 44.80 feet to a point;
THENCE East 52.00 feet to a point;
',THENCE North 00011 East; a distance of 35. 00 feet to a POINT
OF BEGINNING.
SECTION 20 The City Secretary shall attest the signature of the Mayor to
said dedication deed and shall affix the seal of the City of Lubbock thereto.
