RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMMS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW;
VMREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Live Oak Addition made arrangements with
Pioneer Pavers, Inc. for the construction of paving improvements'on certain
streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said'Ordinance
prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Live Oak Addition including
the following streets:
67th Street from its intersection with aline 13.0 feet east of the east
property line ofGary Avenue to its intersection with a line 16.0 feet west of
the west property line of Elgin Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 1126.
68th Street from its intersection with a line 13.0 feet east of the east
property line of Gary Avenue to its intersection with a line 16.0 feet west of
the west property.line of Elgin Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivisior
Unit Humber 1127.
69th Street from its intersection with a line 13,0 feet east of the east
property line of Gary; Avenue to its intersection with aline 16.0 feet west of
the west property line of Elgin Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 11286'
Fremont Avenue from its intersection with a line 15.0 feet south of the south
property line of 69th'Street to its intersection with the cul -ode -sac south of
69th,Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1129.
Flint Avenue from its intersection with a line 15,0 feet south of the south
property line of 69th Street to its intersection with the cul -dei -sac south of
69th Street, known and designated as New ISubdivision Unit Number 1130.

feet south of the south property line of the alley south of 69th Street, known
and designated as New Subdivision knit Number 1133
East one-half Elgin Avenue from its intersection with a line 4.0 feet south of
the south property line of 66th Street to Its intersection with a line 258.70
feet *south of the south property line of 69th Street (West side), known and
designated as New Subdivision'Unit Number 1133•A.
AND WHEREAS, the construction'of the above improvements on the above-
entigned treIets was performed'under the supervision of the City .Engineer, Aad
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordan'66"with city specifications and in'&'cordance with
the provisions of'City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEX"

That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be and the same'aie hereby accepted and the City engineer be 'and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment'of the cityt's'portion of.the cost and to
release escrow 'looney.

I have examined the paving improvements constructed by
Pioneer -Pavers, Inc.,'paving contractor, under their contract -_..
with the subdividers of 'hive Oak Addition and find the improvements
on 67th 68th 69th Streetsand Fremont i?lint $Ikr dge
and Elgin Avenues as listed on the final estimate'sheet-to have'
been completed in'accordauce'with the pleas and -specifications and
recommend that- 'you accept the improvements on said streets'and%or.
avenues, -"authorizing payment to the contractor the amount shown'bu
the attached'consolidated final estimate sheet as due them by the
City of Lubbock.
