RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Paymaster Oil Mill Company has dedicated certain right of way
- along East 50th Street to the City of Lubbock; and,
j WHEREAS.. said Paymaster Oil Mill Company has requested that the City
li of Lubbock provide two openings in the median divider to be constructed in front
of the Paymaster Oil Mill Company on East 50th Street; and,

` WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that such request in just and
equitable in view of the above stated facts; NOW THEREFORE
1, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the City of Lubbock plan and construct the median
divider in the proposed improvements on East 50th Street so as to provide two (2)
75 foot openings in such median together with necessary curb openings at existing
driveways adjacent to and serving Paymaster Oil Mill Company property„
