WHEREAS,' by reason of the need of the City of Lubbock for a safe and secu3
ce to preserve important.documents and instruments apart from the premises of
City Municipal Building, and;
WHEREAS, a safe deposit .box is a safe and secure depository for important
ents, and;
WHEREAS. certain specified City officers should have the right of entry into
h safety deposit box; NOW THEREFORE:
IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
That a safety deposit box be secured from the Citizens National Bank, and
Director of Finance or the City Manager be authorized to enter the said safety
osit box to deposit and withdraw documents.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
