Highway 87 (Amarillo Highway) said point also being the most Southerly West corner of Lot 1, Tobasco Valley Add.. to the City of Lubbock; THENCE S. 27o 121 East along the R.0..W. line of said Highway 87 a distance of 256.08 feet to a point; THENCE Southeasterly along the R.0. W. line of said Highway 87 a distance of 82.20 feet more or less to a point in the East line of a tract conveyed to the City of Lubbock by doe 'Welford in a Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 372. page 145, Lubbock County,Deed Records; THENCE North .a distance of 246.27 feet more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
