RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IEIPROVEM.ENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Broadmoor Addition, Lots 531-558,-561-574,
577-585, made arrangements with Pioneer Pavers, Inc. for the construction of
paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under
the provisions of sai-d Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision
plat of Broadmoor Addition Lots 531-558, 561-574, 577-585, including the
following streets:
62nd Drive from its intersection with the West Property Line of Lot 577
Broadmoor Addition to its intersection with a line 15.0 feet West of the West
Property Line of Oxford Drive, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 1428.
Oxford Drive from its intersection with a line 3.0 feet North of the North
Property Line of the alley South of 62nd Drive to its intersection with a line
15.0 feet.North of the North Property Line of 63rd Drive, known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Number 1429,
63rd Drive from its intersection with the West Property Line of Lot 561
Broadmoor Addition to its intersection with a line 16.0 feet West of the West
Property Line of Memphis Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 1430.
Memphis Avenue from its intersection with a line 3,0 feet South of the
South Property Line of the alley South of 62nd Drive to its intersection with
a line 3,0 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of 63rd
Drive, known and designated as Unit Number 1431,
AND WHEREAS= the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the Cityts portion of the cost and to
release escrow money.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1964.

have examined the paving improvements constructed by Pioneer
Pavers, Ines paving contractor under their contract'vith the subdividers
of'Broadmoor Additions Lots 531-5588 561-574, 577-585, and find the improve-
ments on 62nd Dr. from W.P.L. of Lot 577`Broadmoor Add. to Oxford Drives
Oxford Drive from alley South of 62nd Dr, t o 63rd Dr., 63rd Dr. from W.P.L.
of Lot 561 to Memphis Avenue, Memphis Avenue alley.S, of 62nd Dr, to the
alley South of 63rd Dr, as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and recommend
that you accept the improvements on said streets and/or avenues= authorizing
payment to the contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated
final estimate sheet as due them by the City of Lubbock.
