RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to accept for and
on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Street Dedication Deed in connection with certain real
property located in Section 1, Block AK, Lubbock County, Texas, as described in the
warranty deed recorded in County Clerk's File Number 2017021344 of the Official Public
Records of Lubbock County, Texas, and all related documents. Said Street Dedication Deed
is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be
included in the minutes of the Council.

THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT Rocket Partners I, LLC., herein called "GRANTOR", for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN AND N0/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, to
him/her in hand paid by the CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, a Home Rule Municipal
Corporation, does hereby dedicate to the public for public use forever and for street right-of-way
purposes, the following described tract of land situated in Lubbock County, Texas, as more
particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD this above described premises, together with all and singular
the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said public forever so long as
said premises are used for public street purposes.

A 55 footwide right-of-way dedication in Section 1, Block AK, Lubbock County, Texas, being situated in that certain
60.015-acre tract of land conveyed to Rocket Partners I, LLC, described in a warranty deed recorded in County
Clerk's File Number 2017021344 of the Official Public Records of Lubbock County, Texas, said right-ofAvW
dedication contains 1.678 acres, being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a WAG" nail with a washer stamped "H. R. & ASSOC."found at the southwest comer of said Section
1 forthe southwest comer of this dedication, said beginning point having coordinates of NORTHING: 7,231,383.39
and EASTING: 935,575.70, Texas Coordinate System, North Central Zone 4202, North American Datum of 1983;
(1) THENCE North 01 degrees 46 minutes 07seconds East, along the west line of said Section 1, a distance of
1160.44 f eet to a point in the south line of a Street Dedication described in County Clerk's File Number 2020008833
of the Official Public Records of Lubbock County, Texas, for the northwest comer of this dedication;
(2) THENCE South 88 degrees 02 minutes 16 seconds East, along the south line of said street dedication, a
distance of 55.00 feet to a 1/2-inch iron rod with a plastic cap marked "PSC RPLS 6453" set for the most northerly
northeast comer of this dedication, said point having coordinates of NORTHING: 7,232, 541.10 and EASTNG:
