BETIT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
��►�directed to execute for and onbehalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
to James Craven. Sr, and wife, Ora L. Cravencovering the South half of East
21st Street from the East line of Date Avenue to the West line of the North-South
alley between Date and Elm Avenue attached herewith which shall be spread up6n
the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall
constitute and be a part of this Resolutionas if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of May , 1965.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK #
THAT the City of Lubbock, a Home Rule Municipality of the County of
Lubbock and State of Tees, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
NO1100 t$1• aaf DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it In
hand paid by James Craven, Sr. and wife, Ora L. Craven, of the County of
Lubbock and State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE and FOREVER QUIT CLAIM
unto the `said James Craven, Sr. and wife, Ora L. Craven, of the Cityof
Lubbock, all its right title and interest .in and to that certain tract or parcel
of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows,
to -wit:
The South half of East 21st Street from the East lune of Date
Avenue to the West line of the North-South alley between Bate
and Elm Avenue.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto
the said James Craver,, Sr. and wife, Ora L. Craven, their heirs and assigns,
nor any person or persons claiming under it shall, at any time hereafter, have,
claim or demand any right to title to the ;aforesaid premises or appurtenances,
or any part thereof.
