BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and
on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Covenant and Agreement to Hold Property as One Parcel
in order to hold Lots 7 through 20 and the closed North -South Alley, Block 147, Original
Town Lubbock Addition, Lubbock County, Texas and the West 75 feet of Lots 1 through 6,
Block 147, Original Town Lubbock Addition, Lubbock County, Texas as one parcel, and
related documents. Said Covenant and Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated in this
resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.

We hereby agree and covenant with the City of Lubbock that the above legally described real property shall be held as one parcel and
no portion shall be sold separately.
We hereby warrant and represent that:
1. The above -described real property is under common ownership.
2. This covenant and agreement is executed for the purpose of compliance with the applicable adopted building code of
the City of Lubbock, Lubbock, Texas and is not meant to contravene or circumvent subdivision regulations that are
otherwise valid and applicable, as determined by the City of Lubbock's Director of Planning.
This covenant and agreement shall run with all of the above described land and shall be binding upon ourselves, and the future
owners, encumbrances, their successors, heirs or assignees and shall continue in effect until released by the authority of the Building
Official of the City of Lubbock upon submittal of request, applicable fees and evidence that this covenant and agreement is no longer
required by law.
