HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2021-R0115 - Covenant and Agreement to Hold Property as One Parcel, 1214 14th St. and 1315 Ave. LResolution No. 2021-R0115 Item No. 7.9 April 13, 2021 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Covenant and Agreement to Hold Property as One Parcel in order to hold Lots 7 through 20 and the closed North -South Alley, Block 147, Original Town Lubbock Addition, Lubbock County, Texas and the West 75 feet of Lots 1 through 6, Block 147, Original Town Lubbock Addition, Lubbock County, Texas as one parcel, and related documents. Said Covenant and Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
