THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
irected to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a REVISED AGREE-
IENT between the City of Lubbock and South Plains Association of Government
overing Planning Assistance and Coordination attached herewith which shall be
