BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a QUIT CLAIM DEED
in favor of JACK RACKLEY and wife, JANET RACKLEY, attached herewith whicl
shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of
this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied
herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 10th day of May , 1973.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK i
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK. a Home Rule Municipality in the County of
Lubbock, State of Texas, for and In consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO1100
01.003 DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it is hand paid by
JACK RACKLEY and wife, JANET RACKLEY, the recelpt of which is hereby ack-
nowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and
FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said JACK R.ACKLEY and wife, JANET RACKLE'Y,
all Its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -crit:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being the Worthwest corner of Lot 64,
Quail Ridge Addition to the City of tabbock, Lubbock County, Texas
which lies 1,331.8 feet East 645.0 feet North of the Southwest corner
of the Southeast one-fourth (1) of Survey 8, Block E -Z;
THENCE South along the West line of said Lot 64, Quail Midge Addition
to a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest
edmer of said Lot 64, Quail Ridge Addition;
THENCE West a distance of 15.6 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 125.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of '15.9 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the
rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto is any manner belonging unto the said
JACK R,ACKLEY and wife, JANET RA.CKLEY, their heirs and assigns, nor any
persons claiming under them shall at any time hereinafter, hwe, claim, or demand
any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
