Resolution accepting water and serer system improvements for Tract A,
Sentry Park Addition.
WHEREAS, the developer of Tract A, Sentry Park Addition have complied 'wit
the provision of the City of Lubbock Code, Chapter 34, Article 2, by prov ding
the water and sewer improvements for said addition in accordance with paragrap
61 of said Chapter 34, and,
WHEREAS, the total utility cost to the developer is $41,320.21 with the
improvements constructed by Panhandle Construction Company having a value of
`,38,961.41 as determined by the unit prices established by said Chapter 34,
:end X2,358.80 cash paid to the City, with Danner Corporation, the developer, tc
receive a refund of $26,862.84 in accordance. with Chapter 34 of the Code of the
City of Lubbock.
WHEREAS, the construction of the said water and sewer improvements was
performed under the supervision of the City Engineer and completed in accord-
jnce with the City of Lubbock's plans and specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CI'T'Y OF LUBBOCK;
1. That the improvements by and the same are hereby accepted as an inte-
gral part of the water and surer system of the City of Lubbock.
2. That the refundable cost in the amount of $26,862.84 be made in ac-
cordance with said Chapter 34.
3. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
