RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED
BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Century Square Lots 1-6, made arrangements
with Commercial Concrete Construction Company for the construction of paving
improvements on a certain street dedicated in said subdivision under the
provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of
Century Square Lots 1-6 including the following street:
18th Place from its intersection with the east lip line of Slide Road to its
intersection with the south lip line of Cul -de -Sac North of 19th Street known
and designated as (New Subdivision) Sub -Unit Number 86 of Unit Number 2019.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost (and to
release escrow money).
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage. .
