Resolution accepting water and sewer system improvements for Lots 1A, 2A,
A through R, Fiesta Autoland Center Addition.
WHEREAS, the developer of Lots 1A, 2A, 3A, A through R, Fiesta Autoland
nter Addition, has complied with the provisions of Lubbock Code, Chapter 34,
ticle 2, by providing the water and sewer improvements for said addition in
cordance with paragraph 61 of said Chapter 34, and,
WHEREAS, the total utility cost to the developer is $53,662.83 with the
mprovements constructed by Panhandle Construction Company having a value of
50,788.04 as determined by the unit prices established by said Chapter 34,
nd $2,874.79 cash paid to the City, with Pat Melton, the developer, to receive
refund of deposit in the amount of $16.00 and,
WHEREAS, the construction of the said water and sewer improvements was
rformed under the supervision of the City Engineer and completed in
cordance with the City of Lubbock's plans and specifications,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK-�
1. That the improvements by and the same are hereby accepted as an
integral part of the water and sewer system of the City of Lubbock.
2. That a refund of deposit be made in the amount of $16.00.
3. This .resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
'passage.
