RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock has applied for a grant for construction of
sewage treatment improvements within the City of Lubbock; and
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Water Resources will possibly have grant
funds available to assist in such construction; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized to
execute any grant application forms from the Texas Department of Water Resources
covering grant assistance in the construction of sewage treatment improvements.
Passed by the City Council this 24thday of August , 1978.
