Type "C" A.C. will be permitted ;after October 15, and before December 15, provided the Contractor furnish: A. A one (1) year maintenance bond in the amount of the surfacing. .,` B. Two (2) .10 gal. per S.Y. 1:4 dilute emulsion treatment within ten (10) days of surfacing (G.W.O. 3102, 1974 Maintenance Program). C. A seal coat at no cost to the City to be applied in June of the following summer. The seal coat to be applied as follows: .25 gal. per S.Y. of OA 175 1:125 Gravel (Gr. #5 T.H.D.
