WHEREAS, it is desirable to make changes in the plans and specifications
for this project, being namely, the paving extension of Quirt. Avenue from
the alley north of Dartmouth Street to the alley north of Auburn Street,

THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual advantages
gained, the Owner and the Contractor agree to the change shown herein and
in the revised plans. The Contractor agrees to proceed with construction
and to adhere to applicable specifications, under the direction of the
Engineer. Furthermore, the parties agree that the original contract between
the Owner and the Contractor shall be modified to the extent herein indicated,
including one (1) attachment.
IN WITNESS WHERE, the Owner and the Contractor have hereto set their
hands this 13th day of March, 1980.

TRTCTION FOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING

;after October 15, and before December 15, provided the Contractor
furnish:
A. A one (1) year maintenance bond in the amount of the surfacing.

B. Two (2) .10 gal. per S.Y. 1:4 dilute emulsion treatment within
ten (10) days of surfacing (G.W.O. 3102, 1974 Maintenance
Program).
C. A seal coat at no cost to the City to be applied in June of
the following summer. The seal coat to be applied as follows:

1:125 Gravel (Gr. #5 T.H.D. '72 Specs) C.Y. per S.Y.
Z No surfacing will be allowed from December 15, to February 15.
