Nurses - make home visits Dr. Orr has proposed several changes for the future to insure higher quality of service"to the clients. She has requested funding to hire three social workers and is erecting to receive a grant in October of 1979 to begin a maternal and Child Health Program in Lubbock county. Dr. Orr was involved in the E.P.S.D.T.program in Virginia and is most anxious to become apart of Texas E.P.S.D.T.
