On Sheet E-2, change scheduled light fixtures A &-B from Lithonia VC Series to Lithoria LB Series fixtures. 2. On Sheet E-2, change scheduled light.fixtures C, D, & E from Lithonia 2GP Series to Lithonia 2GS Series fixtures. 3. On Sheet E-2, delete scheduled halo light fixtures M, N, & P including light track. All switching, wiring and J -Box at ceiling with cover plate will remain as part of contract. 4. Delete requirement for fiber board carton forms under all grade beams. 5. Reduce thickness of concrete drive -ways from 6" to 5" and change type of concrete to 2500 psi strength concrete. 6. Reduce the width of the north entrance drive from 24' back-to-back of curb to 18' overall width back-to-back of curb and provide invert "V" for drainage at center- line of drive.
