RESOLUTION #480 - 4/24/80
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to accept and execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock Change
Orders No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5, to an agreement with Talon Construction Company
for general, mechanical and electrical work in connection with the Holly
Avenue Power Station, Steam Unit No. 2, attached herewith which shall be
spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this
Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied
herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 24th day of April ,1980.

M 3. Substitute embossed aluminum lagging for smooth aluminum lagging on all equipment

M 4. Additional pipe sleeve under the road for the coaling tower blowdown tine In
