HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 634 - License Agreements - ATSFRC - Powerlines, Near Burris Station - 10/23/1980JWF:bs RESOLUTION RESOLUTION #634 - 10/23/8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute two License Agreements with The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, such License Agreements being for the extension of power lines by the City of Lubbock across the right-of-way of The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, as shown on the attached print no. X-3903 dated September 4, 1980, and attached to one of such agreements and print no. X-3952 dated October 1, 1980, and attached to the other of such two agreements, a true and correct of each of said agreements is hereby attached hereto and made a part hereof, and as so attached and as set forth in full of the minutes of the City Council, these agreements are made a part hereof as if fully copied herein in detail in this place.
