Larner, South Plains Realty, Inc., Liberty Lots, Inc., Henry Huneke, President, Bernice Turquette, and Phillip Sanchez and Rachel H. Sanchez, all attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as i fully copied herein in detail. Passed by the City Council this 9th day of October ,1980. Vandiver, Assistant Cfty Attorney OGS THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF LUBBOCK , RESOLUTION #625 - 10/9/80 QUITCLAIM DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lub- bock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N0/100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by BERNICE TURQUETTE, hereinafter called "GRANTEE", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all its rights, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: A portion of a 20 foot alley adjacent to Lot 256, being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 256, University Pines; THENCE S. 72°40'36" W. a distance of 11.11 feet; THENCE N. 15033'35" W. a distance of 58.00 feet; THENCE N. 66052'51" E. a distance of 11.80 feet to the most Westerly corner of said Lot 256; THENCE S. 15° E. a distance of 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
