HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2011-R0335 - Amendment To Water Treatment Contract - City Of O'donnell - 07/27/2011Resolution No. 2011—RO335 July 27, 2011 Item No. 5.9 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, Amendment No. 1 to that certain Water Treatment Contract dated February 22, 1990, by and between the City of Lubbock and City of O'Donnell, and related documents. Said Amendment No. I is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. This contract shall not invalidate any of the hereinabove mentioned cities' right to receive water under the terms of their contract with the Authority.
