RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for
and on behalf of the City of Lubbock an Amendment to a Contract, by and between the City of
Lubbock and Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the Community Services
Block Grant (CSBG), and all related documents. Said Amendment is attached hereto and
incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of
the City Council.

SECTION 1. CONTRACT

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, an agency of the State of Texas, and City of Lubbock agree to
amend contract no. 61110001133 executed by the Department on or about January I, 2011 (herein the "Contract").
SECTION 2. DEPARTMENT OBLIGATIONS
This contract is amended by revising Section 4 A to read
A. In consideration of Subrecipient's full and satisfactory performance of this contract, Department shall reimburse
the actual allowable costs incurred by Subrecipient in an amount up to: $210,569.46
