Said Change Order No. 1 is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. There will be a different paving cross section to accommodate the concrete thickness as compared to the asphalt thickness. The original section consisted of 2" of HMAC pavement over 8" of flexible base over 6" of compacted subgrade.
