Shutdown had to be pushed to the next week. Acme's Superintendent indicated that even though the shutdown was only pushed for a week, the impact was really 3 weeks. This was due to the prep work going into a major shutdown being a week's worth of work and losing a week working on other non-shutdown related tasks.
