To address these issues, Rate Schedules I and K are being suspended and customers will be moved to a Residential Rate Schedule with no Availability Base Charge; WHEREAS, Rate Schedule P reflects an incorrect Delivery System Charge of $0.26824 per kWh, which is being reduced to the correct charge of $0.17490 per kWh; WHEREAS, these changes to the Delivery Service Tariff will conform &L's delivery service rates to the competitive market structure and ensure Lt customers are being charged appropriately; WHEREAS, LP&L desires to amend the Delivery Service Tariff as set ut herein, and Chapter 1, Article XII, Section 1 of the City of Lubbock Charter nd Section 2.03.415(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock require hat the EUB and the City Council approve these changes for them to be ffective.
