Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 2002-R0261 - Resolution Accepting For Approval Community Development Service Board Recommend. - 06_26_2002Resolution No. 2002-RO261 June 26, 2002 Item No. 61 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby accepts for approval and submission to the Community Development Service Board recommendation to fund as presented in the public hearing (excluding the Fiestas del Llano Parking lot) for the programs of the FY 2002-2003 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) and authorizes the Mayor to sign all related documents. Said recommendations are attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
