RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a quit claim deed
in favor of Wilson & Wilson, Inc., attached herewith which shall be spread upon
the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall
constitute and be a pat•t of this Resolution as if fully copied herein detail.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK. a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
NOJ100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in
hand paid by WILSON & WILSON, INC., a Texas Corporation, of Lubbock
County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed,
does hereby ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM
unto the said WILSON & WILSON, INC.. all its rights, interest and title in
and to that certain tract of land lying and being situated in the County of Lub-
bock, State of Texas, described as follows, W-wit: the East one-half of the
following description:
BEGINNING at a point which is 660.00 feet South and 25
feet South 894 65' 05" East of the original Northeast corner
of Block 14, C. N. Hodges Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE South a distance of 257.97 feet;
THENCE South 480 39' 35" West a distance of 23.88
feet to the most Easterly corner of Lot E-21, C. N.
Hodges Addition;
THENCE Northwesterly around a curve to the right, having
a radius of 100.00 feet, tangent lengths of 23. 17 feet, delta
angle of 26 ° 05' 38" and a chord distance of 45. 16 feet, said
curve being along the East line of said Lot E-21;
THENCE North along the East line of Lots E-21, E-22,
E-28 and E-24, C. N. Hodges Addition a distance of
230.09 feet;
THENCE East a distance of 28.00 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner be-
longing unto the said WILSON & WILSON, INC., its legal representatives,
successors and assigns, nor any person or persons claiming under it shall,
at any time hereinafter, have, claim, or demand any right to title to the
aforesaid premtses or appurtanences, or any part thereof.
