Hatton - Stanton Subdivision - 09_24_1970RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed in favor of E. C. Hatton, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herAn in detail. Home Rule Mur&ipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE A ND NOI 100 ($ 1.00) DOLLA RS, and other good and valuable con- sideration to it in hand paid by E. C. HATTON, of Lubbock County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed does hereby ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said E. C. Block B, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE West 14. 5 feet to a point; THENCE North 53.0 feet to a pointt THENCE East 14. b feet to a point, THENCE South 53. 0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
