RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
in favor of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock, Texas, attached
herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread
upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution
as if fully copied herein in detail.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS I
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:,
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK. a Home Rule Municipality in
the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND NO/100 Q1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration
to it in hand paid by the URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,'
TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, does hereb-,
ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said
URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, all its right,
interest and title in and to that certain tract of land lying and being situated in
the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is the original Southwest
corner of said Lot 18, Block 57, Sieber Subdivision;
THENCE West a distance of 23.91 feet along the extension
of the South Line of said Lot 1S to its intersection with a
curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 16 feet, a
delta angle of 820 071, and a chord distance of 8. 30 feet;
THENCE along said curve to the right a chord distance
of 8.80 feet to a point of reverse curvature with a curve to the
left, said curve to the left having a radius of 99.72 feet, a
delta angle of 2V 54, 18", and a chord distance of 46. 40
feet;
THENCE along said curve to the left a chord distance of
46.40 feet to its intersection with an extension of the
North Line of said Lot 13;
THENCE East along said extension of the North Line of
said Lot 18 a distance of 1. 78 feet to the original North-
west Corner of said Lot 13;
THENCE South along the original West Lipc of said Lot 18
and/or the original East Line of Globe Avenue a distance
of 60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging
unto the said URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS,
its legal representatives, successors and assigns, nor any person or persons
claiming under it shall, at any. time hereinafter, have, claim, or demand any
right to title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
