BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim
Deed in favor of Dewie Rothwell and wife, Colene Rothwell, attached herewith
which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the
minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if
fully copied therein in detail.

THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in
the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE AND NOI100 DOLLARS ($1. 00) and other good and valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by DEWIE ROTHWELL and wife,
COLENE ROTHWELL, of Lubbock County, Texas, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged and confessed, does hereby ABANDON, DISCLAIM,
RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said DEWIE ROTHWELL
