FROM THE FORT WURTH AND DENVER SOUTH PLAINS
RAILWAY COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF :LUBBOCK:
That the dedication of the Ft. Worth and Denver South Plains Railway Com-
pany dated December 21, 1945, of an alley described and being:
"A 5-foot strip of land along the south side of Lots 1 to 9, in-
clusive, Block Two (2), and along the south line of Lots 5 to 9,
inclusive, Block One (1), both of Morning Side Addition to the
City of Lubbock,"
BE, and the same is hereby accepted.
This resolution passed the 10th day of January, 1946 by unanimous vote
of the Commission.
