WHEREAS, the City Commission in meeting of October 1, 1946
passed a resolution that: "due to the shorta;�e of grade A
milk, the sale of bottled, ungraded milk within the City of
Lubbock be allowed", AND
VMEREd.S, with the approach of the warmer weather, and the
fact that the milk supply from Grade "A" dairies has greatly
improved,

CITY OF LT?BBO C1;, TEXAS:
That ungraded bottled milk may not be sold within the City
of Lubbock, after March 31, 1947.
