City Traffic Engineer, 'has worked out a plan of traffic control onthe streets, roads and alleys on the college campus, which plan is representedby plats of the campus designated as "Schedules" or . "Exhibits, " and each plathas a controlling legend relating to areas, streets, roads and alleys, namely,"Schedule 1, 11 showing no-parkingarea; "Schedule 2, " showing no parking onclopy, streets between 7A.M. and 5'P.M.; ",Schedule 3. 11 showingone-way streets;j6 -2 -53 "Schedule 4, " showing location'of traffic signals; and "Schedule 5, showingthe location of loading; zone s;'and,texas d2echt1r,affic11,F,nj,,r.
