RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make certain findings as hereinafter set forth
to proceed with the Community Development Work Program of the City of Lubbock;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City of Lubbock hereby finds and determines that it is necessary
and in the public interest to proceed with Community Development Work Order
Number 7819, and that additional right-of-way will be needed for paving pro-
grams in connection therewith. The acquisition of such necessary right-of-way
as is needed to implement Community Development Work Order Number 7819 is
hereby authorized, and such acquisitions shall be at the fair market value as
established for such right-of-way in each instance.
