The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas met in special session on the 2nd
day of September, 2005, in the City Council Chambers, first floor, City Hall, 1625
13th Street, Lubbock, Texas at 12:00 P. M.
12:25 P. M. CITY COUNCIL CONVENED
City Council Chambers, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, Texas
Present: Mayor Marc McDougal; Mayor Pro Tem Tom Martin; Council
Member Gary O. Boren; Council Member Linda DeLeon; Council
Member Jim Gilbreath; Council Member Phyllis Jones; Council
Member Floyd Price; Tom Adams, Deputy City Manager; Anita
Burgess, City Attorney; and Tommy Combs, Deputy City Secretary
Absent: No one
Mayor Marc McDougal called the meeting to order at 12:25 P. M.
( 1.) Consider an ordinance ordering a bond election to be held in the City
of Lubbock with regard to the George W. Bush Presidential Library.
This item failed due to lack of a motion.
12:27 P.M. COUNCIL ADJOURNED
There being no further business to come before Council, Mayor McDougal
adjourned the meeting.
